I always thought this was a good song but when I see her tap her heels and how she puts her whole soul into this song it’s even more moving. I love how she gets all into it! what a way to start my day~ listening to this and seeing her on stage always puts me in a good mood
I have watched this so many times now, and it never gets old! She just jams! I’m a musician/singer, and I can tell when someone LOVES being onstage… ANITA LOVES EVERY MOMENT SHE IS ON THAT STAGE… you can just feel it!
I am a 27 year old truck driver and loved listening to this on WNUA 95.5 Chicago. They changed their format in the last couple years *sigh*. Just more proof that smooth jazz is an antiquated sound. Anita Baker, Al Jarreau, George Benson Etc… are a dying breed. I miss the early 90’s so much.
Saw her in 1995 at the Greek Theater, LA. No diva in this woman….like your next door neighbor with the audience, only 1000 times more talented…her voice is like a blanket wrapping you in it’s warmth….
Love wrapped up in a song! Excellent stage presence. Class doesn’t have to go around half naked to get your attention. Miss this music sooooo, so much. Our lives were so much different just a few years ago. Can’t wait for a new CD. I heard about the divorce, I wish her the best. Now that there’s water under the bridge maybe the CD will come out soon, soon, soon. Love ya Anita! Class and love wrapped up in a song!

I did not know that she was divorced. It was a mess. Too bad for her. He sued for royalties. Almost went to jail today in Detroit.
