I bought this box as a dress-up, creative play clothes container and it is the perfect size for that. It is sturdy enough to take kids climbing on top, and the lid has a mechanism that prevents it closing on little fingers. My daughter loves it.

Disney Fairies Toy Box
A little smaller than expected, but it’s fine for our young daughter. If you need a large box for tons of toys, this is not for you! We got this for her bedroom. A good bedroom accessory due to it’s size and decor. The murals are very pretty and I thought it nicer in person than in the picture. I am very happy with it. My husband felt it was small, but I think it’s a reasonable size for a little girls’ bedroom and will be pretty at the foot of her bed.
The lid shuts slowly and will stay open at whatever angle you leave it in, so no pinched little fingers! It seems somewhat sturdy, my 3 yr old son climbs in it, stands on it, etc. without any safety concerns- no shakiness or wobbling. It’s MDF, not Little Tikes plastic, but is well made for what it is. I think the cost is a little high, but I am happy with the purchase. 100% Recommended. Would give as a gift.
