its funny jackanarchy99, but when you say those things about fairy tail no one jumps down your throat. but when it comes 2 ME im public enemy number 1. i mean its so fucking obvious its a one piece rip off. u’ll probly think rip off is too strong a word but thats how i see it regardless. im at least glad some1 else understands and sees through fairy tail.
its ripping one piece off so far even the volume covers are similar! im not kidding. i saw volume 8 in a store right next to one piece and you can plainly see the similarites. you know how most one piece covers have that box in centre with charcters in or around - the fairy tail volume did the exact same thing! why? it was volume 8 i saw.
i noticed THAT, THATS what im trying to people on this video! that fairy tail is too similar to one piece to be regarded as original! the reason they changed shit around in anime is because it would be too similar to one piece especially natsu personality and fighting style.
Fairy Tail looks interesting. However, the manga’s artwork IS similar to One Piece. But then, che. I like this anime. Might try it someday. C:

Hiro Mashima did not study under Eiichiro Oda. Character designs are similar due to their huge influence from Toriyama. However, I will agree with you that the anime artwork contrasts much with the manga, therefore sparing any wrong accusations.
Really…? FMA Brotherhood’s artwork and style looks very close to the manga to me.
No one seemed to have noticed that manga character designs, compositions, personalities are way too similar to One Piece. Which isn’t surprising since the creators studied under the same manga sensei. The animators were probably trying to give Fairy Tail its own style and not have people go off pointing that Fairy Tail is Oda’s work. Artists tend to get a tad bit sensitive when people wrongly accuse them of plagiarizing.

It doesnt matter that much if the artwork is a bit different it doesnt affect the show, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood has an almost completly new artstyle and no one cares its still a great show so jsut enjoy it.
