What is a good topic relating to fairy tales?
I need to write a college research paper revolving around the topic of fairy tales. It can be about anything. Any ideas?

What about looking at fairy tales from the feminist point of view? You could talk about how youth and beauty are related to good women: while evil women are often old, fat, and ugly. Or you could discuss the ‘damsels in distress’ who need to be saved by men.
Find and define the “practicals.” You well find the same in every fairy tale and classic children’s stories.
